In spring we combine 2 legendary French spots "Die" and "Digne-les-bains"
aka the best trails in France for spring riding.
The region is a unique blend of Alps & Provence:
high Alpine peaks & wide valleys
cosy villages & abandoned no-man's-land
loam fest in the woods & rocky gardens in the sun
lavender, fruit trees, wild life like chamois, local bar under the plane trees
and even skinny ridgelines on the black earth trails
...
this trip combines it all!

The trip exists out of 2 parts:
the first days we ride around the village of "Die"
for the second part we move to "Digne-les-Bains"
"Die" is known in France as the capital of flow trails.
Think of high speed, super flowy singletracks spiced up with roots and balconies.
"Digne-les-Bains" is world reknown for its black earth trails,
but also the B-lines are like a cherry on the cake.
During the transfer day we make a stop in the trail jungle of the "chemin du soleil".
Not internationnaly known... not yet!
It's a pure bliss for the adventurous mountainbiker.
Daily shuttle uplifts bring in more descending pleasure.
Luggage is transported, so you can ride light.
Just like our "AM-EN ride heaven" trips we mix up allmountain and enduro riding.
For bikers looking for adventurous touring to ride those epic trails
and who can enjoy a day of uplift shuttles.
In the morning we welcome all riders at our first base camp at Die. After a shrot briefing, we hop on the bikes and head straight to the trails. You came to ride bike, right?!?
In the evening you get to know all details for the upcoming week, you'll meet all riders and we round up with a bike-check.
The day starts with an uplift shuttle to Col de Rousset (+1200m without sweating). Once arrived at the highlands of the Vercors, we ride down one of many trails to the valley floor. One flow trail follows another, shortly interrupted with some root sections and challenging switchbacks.
We finish the day in the cosy city center of Die. Time to chill out with a fresh beer and charge up for the next day.

“Digne-les-Bains” has become the bikers paradise with its black earth trails. You can see them everywhere in bike magazines and shredits from pro bikers.
Today we spend a whole day on this black stuff, these trails are just on another level. We play around with our bikes and the technical challenges keeps the adrenaline going. A day to remember!
Today we finish with the lesser known B-lines in this place, there's way more to Digne than it's black earth trails!
The hills become Alps and we need to push our bikes... and it's totally worth it! Start in the Alpine pastures, ride rocky rollercoaster and red earth to the infamous Donkey Darko.

One day is just not enough in this place! We have to add a 2nd day to fully enjoy the trail network!
Today we take you to the next valley to explore the "Glandasse". We admire the mighty cliffs of "cirque d'archiane" and we guide you through this tasty trail spaghetti.
Time to pack, get in the van and move to the next spot. On the road we cross the region of the "chemin du soleil". We jump on the bikes to explore this trail jungle. Various small mountain passes and little canyons are linked on century old singletracks.

This holiday is aimed at allmountain-enduro bikers.
For bikers looking for natural trails with technical challenges. We use uplift services, but also climb on the bike to get those epic singletracks. You're ok with some hike-a-bike.
You will be guided by an experienced, qualified local mountain bike guide (English speaking) who chooses the exact trails according to your level, your preferences and the weather forecast.
